Pratt & Whitney Military Engines F135 Maintenance Repair Operations is seeking a Depot Operations Manager to represent P&W in Turkey.


**Do you have the experience to join our team?**


In this high visibility role, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day production activities. This position will also assist in activation aspects of the MRO&U. The Depot Operations Manager will provide direction to all P&W personnel on site and key Product Support Provider (PSP) management personnel. This position is responsible for the relationship between P&W and the Product Support Provider (PSP) with respect to the activation and operations.


ˇYou'll be leading a large team of experienced team leaders, overseeing processes and procedures to ensure production schedules and priorities are met.


ˇYou'll also have contact with key stakeholders to resolve complaints and establish the appropriate improvement plan.


ˇYou'll assist in maintaining quality and consistency of service by documenting and identifying trends in customer service needs.


ˇYou'll be the person to ensure statement of work is executed properly to meet customer and contract requirements.

**Qualification:**

**Basic Qualifications:**


+ BS in Aerospace, Engineering or related technical field.

+ Experience in leading and managing personnel in related field, 10+ years of related experience and familiarity F135 Production/Depot level maintenance preferred.

+ US Citizen due to government contracts.

+ Must be able to obtain all required work permits and other access requirements and maintain.

+ Must have a US Government Secret Clearance. Candidates that have held such clearance within two years (lapsed) will be considered


**Preferred Qualifications:**


+ Must have excellent business ethics, communication, listening, business judgment, teamwork, and developing talent competencies.

+ Must be willing to flex schedule to support business demands while on assignment to include working weekends and holiday.
