The role of Account Specialist is both exciting & challenging. The Fan Module Center contains a group of five Value Streams that manage approximately 1,500 part numbers for P&W Engine Centers and Spares. The Fan Module Center Composite Value Stream is looking for an Account Specialist who will be responsible for driving delivery assurance processes to ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction. Working with suppliers, you will have the ability to impact their manufacturing, quality and delivery efforts. Working with our managers and teams to pro-actively identify areas for improvement within the supply chain and assist in the creation of plans to help us meet organizational objectives. This role will focus on the elements of:


+ Procurement of composite details

+ Supplier management of on-time delivery, leading indicator metrics, and capacity ramp plans

+ Cross functional coordination between Quality, Materials, Engineering, MCL, ESA, Strategic Sourcing, Continuous Improvement, Production Readiness, Global Workshare (GWS) and multiple suppliers

+ Successfully manage transitioning products to a multi-source strategy Account Specialists have high customer visibility.

+ You need to have strong project management skills to ensure tactical plans and product transitions are successful.

+ Your strong leadership and communication skills will be needed to work in a challenging environment. Proven communication skills, specifically conversational, email, telephone, and presentations are a must. You will be expected to hold the suppliers and Pratt & Whitney team members equally accountable to meet achievement plan committed to the customer. Specific Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

+ You will conduct Standard Product Purchasing responsibilities, including order placement, coordinating demand and scheduling, supplier relationship management, delivery assurance and turn back monitoring and reporting.

+ You will ensure successful execution of tactical plans and product transitions

+ You will drive achievements, delivery plans and customer committed actions to completion.

+ You will be responsible for tracking Critical Parts to include the identification of any part shortages by engine module to ensure that the production schedule is met.

+ Compliance with all aspects of the Pratt & Whitney Procurement Manual, GSC Standard Work, UTC Code of Ethics, International


This role is responsible for all aspects of supplier relationships, including delivery and quality performance, cost and inventory management, 6-Pack reviews and customer satisfaction. You will oversee purchase order execution and product delivery, ensuring placement of on-time schedule agreements, billing adjustments, terminations mitigation & cost reduction goals execution. The Account Specialist will also be responsible for development work. The role will align with our Procurement Manual, GSC Standard Work, UTC Code of Ethics, International Trade Compliance, & Transition Standard Work (TSW).


**Additional responsibilities include:**


+ Close coordination with New Program Integration (NPI) / Development Procurement, Global Transitions, Integrated Commodity Management Team (ICMT) leaders, Production Incorporation Product Team (PIPT) leaders, and Product IPT's to effect a smooth transition of new NGPF hardware from development into full production as well as resolution of producibility.

+ Address quality issues on key military programs.

+ Opportunity to engage with the relevant Strategic Sourcing team and participate in long term sourcing decisions.

+ Foster active daily use of the ACE operating system through ACE tool usage to improve EH&S, quality, delivery, financial, employee engagement, and the satisfaction of our customers.

+ Actively drive Supplier Gold by participating in supplier improvement activities, & Critical Supplier Reviews (CSR's).


**Qualification:**


**Basic Qualifications:**


+ You graduated with you Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or Business.

+ You have worked in Operations or Supply Chain for 7 years or more.


**Preferred Qualifications:**


+ You've completed you MBA or Master's Degree.

+ You excel at written and verbal communications at all levels.

+ You are comfortable working with MS Office programs like Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word as well as SAP ERP.

+ Excellent Project Management Skills

+ Experience working with Cross functional teams to include Sr. Management

+ Previouse experience in Supply Chain or Aerospace.
