    This position provides consultative and investigative expertise in the areas of cybercrime, information security risk assessment, and threat intelligence. Responsible for understanding the existing cyber threat landscape and is able to apply this knowledge to underwriting risk assessments relating to Travelers Cyber insurance product portfolio as well as to the non-cyber product portfolio. Aids in the development of the Travelers Cyber Risk Assessment Programs, providing subject matter expertise supporting Travelers business operations in the identification of risk exposures to cyber-attacks. This position will also be responsible for participating in various marketing efforts including presentations and the development and review of marketing materials for direct consumption and for inclusion in Travelers Web Site content. Works with Claim Services to provide technical expertise in the handling of losses involving cybercrime including computer intrusions and other high-tech fraud. Provides stewardship and loss prevention service to clients including pre and post breach activities as required. Also responsible for supporting and training for in-house and client staff. Provide detailed and accurate cyber risk assessments in a timely manner. Stay current with existing cyber vulnerabilities and exposures. Support claim investigation of cyber breach or other similar cybercrime related loses including events involving computer hacking, malware, or other cyber threats. Conduct technical training of Travelers staff to build knowledge base in cyber risk and coverages. Provide client stewardship including training and education related to the current threat environment, understanding basic vulnerability assessments and cyber resiliency. Work with RC and other business units to develop understanding of how cyber threat may impact traditional lines of coverage. Participate in Marketing and sales efforts such as training and education, conference presentations and client/applicant visits. Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DESCRIPTION DEVELOPMENT INSTRUCTIONS Intermediate expertise in cyber risk assessments, cyber risk controls, tools and industry best practices related to information and network security. Basic knowledge of IoT and ICS systems, controls and security best practices. Basic knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations including PCI-DSS, HIPPA, and other statutes protecting consumer identity information. Basic Knowledge of Liability, Bond, & Property coverage pertaining to Cyber insurance products. Basic knowledge of business planning, expense management and policy and procedure development. People Skills: Intermediate ability to coordinate, work with and gain the trust of business partners, technical resources, third-party vendors and customers. Intermediate ability to interact on a multidisciplinary team with other investigators, business partners and industry peers on projects related to ICS and information/network security. Communication Skills: Intermediate written and verbal communication skills are required. Intermediate level of public speaking abilities as a subject matter expert on basic information and network security, basic cyber threats, and other related topics. Intermediate ability to communicate effectively with business partners, technology specialists, third party vendors, and customers.

**Minimum Qualifications:**


Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. Two years' experience in IT Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or other applicable information security disciplines. Knowledge of industry standards/regulations (NIST, ISO, PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, etc.) and basic understanding of common cyber threats. Experience in cyber, IT or Information Security controls. Experience conducting independent risk assessments, business process or IT control auditing One industry standard information security certifications required (e.g., CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CSX, CFE, PCI); multiple certifications preferred.
