#UTCRe-EmpowerProgram The UTC Re-Empower Program is a return to work program that helps support talented and committed professionals as they rebuild their capabilities, improve leadership skills, and continue their professional journey. The program consists of a 16-week comprehensive cohort assignment, which offers a rich and rewarding experience and mentorship for program participants transitioning back into the workforce after a 2+ year career break, for reasons such as childcare, eldercare, career path change, illness, retirement or other personal matters. Selected experienced professionals will gain paid, on-the-job experience, have an opportunity to participate in sessions with leadership, develop personalized plans for success and receive mentoring to guide their return to work experience. Upon completion of the 16-week program, based on performance, Re-Empower participants may have an opportunity to convert to a full-time role. The third cohort of the UTC Re-Empower Program will run from September 5, 2018 - December 21, 2018. To qualify for the UTC Re-Empower Program, candidates must meet both program and position requirements. Program Qualifications: o Currently be on a break of at least two years or more o Have a minimum of five years of professional work experience o Have an interest in returning to work in a full-time position o Have an ability to attend the Re-Empower Program Orientation at UTC Headquarters in Farmington, CT on September 5-7, 2018 Position's Basic Qualifications: o Bachelor degree o Minimum of five (5) years of meaningful experience o U.S Citizenship Required Position Description: The engine program that powers the F-35 has an opening for a motivated, self-starting Depot Level Technical Data Employee. As part of Military Customer Support & Services, support tech data authoring and logistics activities by performing the following activities: The Depot Level Tech Data Analyst is responsible for the authoring and delivery of F135 Field Tech Data. Primary responsibility includes working with the tech data supply base to deliver tech data to meet aggressive program schedules. This position will routinely interface with internal Customer Support Engineering and external customers to include the F35 Joint Program Office. Responsibilities: o Develop maintenance data procedures based on various forms of engineering source data o Provide ongoing status to team lead on data development time lines o Support maintenance data publishing process with involvement in data integrity check reviews and data error corrections, as well as quality review of publication modules o Interface with customers as it pertains to maintenance data requirements


**Qualification:** Basic Qualifications: o 5+ years of experience o Solid understanding of the logistics support process, technical data, and associated deliverables o Strong project and time management skills are essential o Highly motivated self-starter with ability to excel within a team environment o Candidate must have the ability to perform multiple projects of varied size and scope o Excellent organizational skills o High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with program and customer personnel Preferred Qualifications: o 2+ years of experience in engine maintenance and logistics o U.S. Military Aircraft/Engine Maintenance or equivalent civilian training desired o Experience with Corena tech data authoring tool preferred
